On the contrary, unhealthy relationships cause us emotional distress, low self-esteem, increased stress, mental and physical health concerns, isolation, stifled personal growth, codependency and difficulty focusing on important tasks. This is because we, as humans, crave connection, security and belonging.

Here’s How it Works
First: You schedule a Discovery Call. This is a complimentary 30 minute call where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story, ask any questions you have about me and my coaching methods, and determine whether or not I am a good fit to guide you on your journey.
Second: We review your goals and then decide what level of support would be best, based on your specific goals, desired level of support, and realistic timeline. Custom coaching packages are available to allow me to best meet your needs.
Third: You begin your journey and I am there to guide you every step of the way. I curate vital information for you and use various tools and exercises to facilitate self-growth and expedite progress towards your goals. Together we uncover limiting beliefs and you work to embrace your shadow to heal what has been holding you back. You practice and master new skills that are vital to the health and wellbeing of any relationship. And, of course, I provide the accountability and support between sessions to keep you on track.
